Fraud-prevention services and features like CVC2 (MasterCard) and CVV2 (Visa) are card verification and validation methods designed to minimize Internet and mail order/telephone order fraud. These methods allow greater security in processing transactions where the customer's credit card is not present, and they are some of the security measures available that can help you prevent fraudulent credit card purchases and save your business money.
The security measures that are in place in the Korta Secure Payment Gateway, uses encryption and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect all merchant and payment information.
The company performs numerous fraud checks to determine common patterns, while allowing merchants to lock out specific credit card numbers and Internet protocol (IP) addresses. Merchants can also create a negative file of high-risk consumers and/or card numbers.
Order Processing
Most Internet orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Weekend days and major holidays are not included in the processing time). Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Some products may need more delivery due to their production time and will you be notified about any delays.

Delivery Information
Icelandic Market products are delivered from door to door by DHL air or VIA post. DHL express delivery (takes 1-4 days and delivers only on business hours). Unfortunately DHL can not deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Price for each delivery is calculated related to it’s weight.
Import Taxes
VAT, taxes and admin fee for each country are not included in our prices. Icelandic Market complies with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws and regulations governing product transport. Therefore we kindly advise you that shipments to certain countries of some products might be prohibited due to these regulations.
Shipping and Handling
The shipping and handling prices are in US dollars per kilogram. To calculate packaging cost, additional 300 gr are added to the shipment weight. If you have any questions on shipping and handling please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns
Every Icelandicmarkt purchase on the Internet is unconditionally guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 15 days and we will be happy to exchange or credit your account for the full amount of the purchase. The original receipt indicating the reason for return must accompany the products being returned. We are sorry but return shipping fees are not refundable.
